Regeneration of alternators and starters

When repairing alternators, we verify the condition of the circuits and electrical connections, the brush and ring, the efficiency of the rectifying section and the voltage regulator and bearing. We check the condition of the pulley and clutch. All parts identified as damaged or excessively worn are replaced.

When repairing starters, we verify the wear of working and bearing components, as well as the efficiency of circuits and electrical connections. Depending on the result of the diagnosis, the necessary components are replaced, such as bendix, carbon brushes, bearings, rotor, electromagnetic switch.

Before installation into a vehicle, the repaired alternator/starter undergoes a test on a special test bench.
